Sajjad Haider

Sajjad Haider’s practice at PenWise Law focuses on immigration law, criminal law, and wills and estates. He works directly with clients to understand their circumstances, concerns and objectives from the outset.

Iftikhar Khan

Iftikhar Khan is a licensed Ontario paralegal and Notary Public with PenWise Law. His practice includes Small Claims Court matters, landlord and tenant disputes, traffic and provincial offences, and summary conviction matters within the permitted scope of paralegal practice, including certain assault charges, theft under $5,000 and fraud under $5,000.

Iftikhar focuses on understanding the circumstances, explaining the available options and helping clients move forward with a clear plan.

Ali Haque

Ali is a Law Clerk with PenWise Law. He assists with legal research, document preparation, file organization and client matters. Ali is currently completing his licensing requirements to become a lawyer in Ontario.
